Cycling Mallorca: Cala Ratjada to Cala Mesquida

Beautiful beaches, stunning sand dunes and tree covered hills. Cycling Mallorca can take you to the heart of it all. Some of Mallorca’s most breathtaking scenery flows freely on the ride from Cala Ratjada to Cala Mesquida. Now there are some stony tracks and hills involved in this trail. Yet with a little effort, beginners can still happily tackle the ride.

Pedal a picturesque path that takes you full circle from Cala Ratjada through Cala Agulla and Cala Mesquida then back again. Ride some 2km into the coastal town of Cala Agulla. Beautiful rock faces and bright blue waters welcome you to these lovely beach surrounds. 

Pass along sandy roads on into the countryside which is the gateway to Cala Mesquida. The beach theme continues as you pedal into a lovely vista of beach and sand dunes. Back in Cala Ratjada the adventure can continue should you wish. Simply make prior arrangement with the tourism office to open Casa March gardens. Cycle through these splendid woods and coves interspersed with great sculptural works.
